Your company has used its trusty Pop Up Display for a few years now. It is holding up great thanks to proper maintenance that keeps the show display looking fantastic year after year. But now it has been several successful conventions and your exhibition display is using an outdated logo and the overall message has not changed with the times.
You formally ask Accounting for funds to purchase a new exhibit booth, but unfortunately are told that “it just isn’t in the budget this year, maybe next time”. Sound familiar? Well we have come up with an ingenious solution that allows you to utilize your existing Popup Booth with updated branding at a fraction of the cost! Read on to learn more about this low cost graphic branding update solution.
Pretend this is your old exhibit booth: it still functions properly and remains in good shape but you need a way to update the brand messaging.

The following technique works best for pop-up displays with a solid background color. You will want to have your graphics laid out in a way that has a logical separation if possible. This is often already the preferred scenario based on the width of printed graphic panels on your popup display booths.
We have found that depending on the existing graphics on your exhibition display, you are able to overlay new graphics on top and effectively extend the life of your tradeshow display for just the cost of graphics.

This should be used sparingly and is by no means a replacement for a beautiful brand new tradeshow booth. However, with the right background and creative use of new graphics so that the images match up better, you may be able to save your company some money and look like a hero.
The edges of the magnets behind these graphics are so powerful that if the graphic is cut exactly to the same width then it will stick to the frame on top of existing graphics for a near-seamless look.

Our example is intended to clearly show the contrast between the existing blue show display and the new white graphic panels. But with a little imagination and creativity you can picture how new graphics over top the old ones will allow you to look trade show ready in a flash.
